West Cork Single Malt Irish 12 Year Port Cask Whiskey is a sipping whiskey, which means it is best enjoyed neat. It has been aged in a port cask, which gives it a distinctively sweet, fruity flavor. This whiskey is a blend of pot still and grain whiskey. The pot still whiskey is made from a variety of malted and unmalted barley and aged in sherry and bourbon barrels. The grain whiskey is aged in bourbon and sherry barrels. It has been aged for 12 years, and it is only available in limited quantities.
