Este whisky lleva el nombre de una finca de Beverly Hills famosa por albergar fastuosas fiestas en Hollywood y cuyo residente actual es el director Brett Ratner. Fue creado en asociación con Diageo y producido en Stitzel-Weller en Kentucky, y cada componente proviene de una destilería no revelada. El whisky Hilhaven Lodge está elaborado a partir de una mezcla de bourbon puro de la década de 2000, centeno americano de la década de 1980 y whisky de Tennessee de la década de 1990.

Nariz: El roble claro, la canela, la nuez moscada y las galletas snickerdoodle calientes son una agradable diversión en una nariz muy suave.
