Nuestro Placer Añejo is a premium sipping tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave in Jalisco’s Los Altos, aged for over 12 months in oak barrels. It offers a rich profile of caramel, vanilla and warm spice layered over cooked agave, designed for slow, contemplative enjoyment.

Nose: Roasted agave, vanilla bean, light caramel, oak spice and soft dried fruit.

Palate: Butterscotch, honey, cinnamon-clove, subtle dark chocolate and mellow oak.

Finish: Long, velvety warmth with lingering oak sweetness and gentle agave brightness.

Distillery Information

Nuestro Placer originates in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, an area known for high-altitude agave that tends toward sweeter and more floral profiles. The brand was founded by a younger generation from a family with longstanding agave cultivation roots, seeking to produce a quality tequila reflecting their terroir and tradition. Their production emphasizes slow cooking of mature agave, double distillation, and aging in French and American oak barrels to impart depth without overwhelming the agave. Sustainability is a key focus: the distillery reports closed-system cooling saving 60% water, LED/solar lighting reducing energy use, and composting of agave bagasse for soil health. The Reposado expression is crafted to be approachable yet elevated, suitable for both neat sipping and sophisticated cocktails.
