Booker's Bourbon Batch 2019-04 "Beaten Biscuits" Whiskey

Launched in late 2019, the Booker's Bourbon Batch 2019-04 "Beaten Biscuits" serves as the final 2019 entry into their venerable Roundtable Releases and is named after the small, cracker-like biscuits Booker Noe loved to make. Made from Kentucky straight bourbons matured for 6 years, 6 months, and 19 days in three separate locations in two different warehouses, this batch was carefully married under the supervision of Booker’s son Fred Noe before being bottled as is and labeled.

Nose: Deep chestnut color, each sip of this bourbon greets you with a robust and sweet aroma of vanilla frosting accented by hints of oak barrel char.

Palate: This is then followed by a rich and chewy palate of peanut brittle, more vanilla, corn, and oak.

Finish: A medium-length and exceptionally flavorful finish.
