Finish: Long and smooth, with lingering fruit-driven sweetness, oak warmth, and soft spice.

Distillery Information

Ampersand Distilling sources mature bourbon barrels, then finishes in Tokaji wine casks to experiment with cross-cask aging. This technique allows the base bourbon’s structure to meld with the Tokaji cask’s unique character — resulting in a nuanced whiskey that bridges American and European traditions.
