Nose: Maple syrup and fluffy pancakes, popcorn drenched in melted butter, and pumpernickel bread drizzled with honey. Mellow oak char, chewy toffee, and a touch of earthy rye spice nestling in the depths.

Palate: Superbly soft and buttery, with silky caramel and vanilla to begin, then juicy layers of apricot. There's an enjoyable hint of rye in the mix, bringing sweet, woody spice alongside a touch of milk chocolate.

Finish: A touch of leather, charred oak, butterscotch, honeyed cereal, and vanilla biscuits, with a tickle of nutmeg and ginger warmth.
