At approximately 11 years old, this bourbon reflects the unique microclimate and temperature stability of the lower rickhouse levels, delivering deep, oily character with layered grain and barrel influence.

Nose: Toasted oak, brown sugar, charred staves, and molasses.

Palate: Rich caramel, warm baking spice, dried fruit, and mature grain.

Hardin’s Creek is James B. Beam’s experimental brand that explores how identical whiskey evolves differently in distinct warehouse positions. The Warehouse Series captures these differences through selective barrel aging and small-batch releases — “The Mushroom” highlights the low-warehouse maturation effect.
