Old Louisville 7 Year Old Double Oaked Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Explosive aromas of toasted marshmallow, dark brown sugar, cinnamon bark, and chocolate-dipped pecans. Vanilla bean and sweet pipe tobacco add richness.

Palate: Robust and oily with a punch of oak spice up front. Waves of maple syrup, burnt caramel, peanut brittle, charred oak, and spiced fig roll over the tongue. Creamy yet intense, with a satisfying balance of sweet and smoky flavors.
