Pacific Coast Spirits Single Pot Still California Cask Strength 6 Year Old Wheated Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of caramel and vanilla lead the way, followed by hints of toasted oak and honey. There's a subtle floral note in the background, adding depth and complexity.

Palate: The palate is velvety and smooth, with flavors of sweet caramel, creamy vanilla, and a touch of butterscotch. The high-wheat mash bill gives it a gentle, rounded character, with minimal burn. As it develops on the palate, there are notes of dried fruits, such as raisins and figs, along with a hint of baking spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.

Finish: The finish is long and warm, with lingering notes of oak, caramel, and a touch of black pepper. It leaves a pleasant, slightly sweet aftertaste, inviting you to take another sip.
