Nose: Dense caramel, seasoned oak, dark fruit, maple, tobacco and warm spice.
Palate: Intense oak richness, toffee, roasted nuts, dried fruit, leather.
Finish: Long, warming and heavily structured with oak, spice, caramelized sugars and lingering dark fruit.

Nashville Barrel Company's story began in 2018 when three friends, frustrated by bourbon shortages, started buying their own barrels for whiskey picks, growing from sourcing to opening their own distillery in 2021, known for single barrels and expanding to a new Kentucky location for authentic distilling.
