High West Valley Tan is made from a mash of 85% oats and 15% malted barley, which are milled and mashed before being distilled at the Perkins’ distillery. Following distillation, the whiskey is matured for 2 to 4 years in new and used American oak barrels, allowing the oak flavors to develop into a delicious buttery flavor.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch4\u003eHigh West Valley Tan Utah Whiskey Tasting Notes\u003c\/h4\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eNose:\u003c\/b\u003e Ozone, lemon zest, gin, quickbread batter, banana walnut oatmeal, and a touch of honey.
