Distillery Information

Old Potrero is produced by Hotaling & Co. in San Francisco, known for reviving early American whiskey traditions. The use of 100% malted rye creates a distinctive flavor profile that differs from standard rye mash bills, giving the whiskey a richer, rounder grain presence. Aged in new charred oak, it develops notable depth and spice while maintaining a clean malt core. The Christmas Spirit release is issued in small quantities each holiday season and is tailored toward collectors and winter whiskey drinkers.
