Copper Bottom Wine Barreled Rum

Handcrafted and distilled in small batches using unrefined sugar cane. Aged in a once-used bourbon barrel from Kentucky for two years, followed by one year in a freshly emptied wine cask. This rum boasts bold ripe fruit notes like cherry and freshly-pressed grapes blended beautifully with the aroma of oak and spices from the once-used bourbon barrel.

Copper Bottom Craft Distillery opened in Holly Hill, Florida just steps from the Halifax River during the fall of 2016. Owned and operated by the Craig family this small craft distillery has begun producing rum and vodka for the Florida market.
