The result is an Arroqueño that’s smoky, savoury, and seriously characterful.

Nose: Barbecue smoke, bacon fat, and a lick of spice.

Palate: Woodsmoke and saline mingle with a deep umami richness.

Finish: Earthy and coppery, with lingering smoke and savoury warmth.
