Bruised cherry hue. Really bright and fruity nose with a hint of rich tea biscuit. The first sip shows a real luscious lift and this lovely vinous aspect to it. This is remarkably generous wine with just the right amount of edge to it. Cherries, wild strawberries. Great length with this lovely fruity texture right on the end.

Nestled in the village of Ecueil, at the foot of the Montagne de Reims, Domaine Louis Brochet has been producing high-quality wines since the 19th century. The four generations of the Brochet family have perpetuated their passion for the vineyard and their meticulous work in the respect of the purest Champagne. Marie Arsene, the grandmother of the family, started a tradition to paint a line on the trunk of the best vines in the vineyard. Only the vines that had been marked for three consecutive years were selected to then be removed and grafted.Louis Brochet, after more than 100 years of winemaking by the Brochet family, took the production of Champagne to the next level. Louis was fascinated by the vine and made it his profession. The coming years marks a turning point in the family history as the first label presenting “Le Champagne Louis Brochet” was released, part of a brand identity process which for the time was innovative and ambitious. The estate is spread on 13 hectares across 50 plots located in Ecueil, classified Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims, and on the neighboring terroirs.
