Nose: Vanilla, honey, malted barley, coconut, and light orchard fruit with soft oak.

Palate: Creamy and rounded — toffee, vanilla, baked apple, and malt with gentle spice and oak.

Finish: Medium to long with lingering sweetness, light spice, and a soft, warming fade.

Distillery Information

Edradour is one of Scotland’s smallest traditional distilleries, known for its hands-on production methods and small-scale output. While often associated with heavily sherried styles, its bourbon cask matured releases showcase a lighter, more spirit-driven side of the distillery. The Ibisco decanter format is a hallmark of many of its special releases, emphasizing presentation alongside limited production. Extended maturation in bourbon casks allows the natural character of the spirit to remain prominent, delivering a balance of sweetness, texture, and gentle oak influence.
