It's helped to influence all manner of people to create excellent things, from music and paintings, myths and legends, and even gin it seems! Inspired by a moonlit evening tending botanicals in the hothouse, Hendrick's master distiller Lesley Gracie has made Lunar Gin, a warming, spicy expression well suited to sipping while in the evening. Subtle peppery sparks, fragrant citrus oils and floral wafts abound here.
Hendrick's Lunar Gin | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Softly peppery, with lavender, hibiscus and rose giving it a solid floral core.
Palate: Spicy but mellow juniper, lemongrass and rosewater. A touch of orange flesh develops in the background.
Finish: Cardamom, vanilla, orange once again, lemongrass.
