Nose: Red berry fruit (plum, cherry), oak, spice, and gentle floral notes.

Palate: Ripe red fruits, dark chocolate, vanilla, toasted oak, and a hint of tannin.

Finish: Medium-length, with a winey fruit sweetness, gentle oak, and soft malt warmth.

Distillery Information

Nelcius whiskey is produced at Château Laujac in France, using locally grown barley and traditional double-distillation techniques. The Merlot cask finish highlights the blending of winemaking and whisky craftsmanship, producing a refined and elegant expression.
