Nose: Dried apricot, honeycomb, polished oak, dark toffee, orange peel, and delicate spice with hints of leather and toasted almond.

Palate: Luxurious and silky with caramelized fruit, vanilla cream, rich malt, baking spices, oak tannin, and subtle dark chocolate complexity.

Finish: Long, elegant, and warming with lingering dried fruit, antique oak, spice, and soft honeyed sweetness.

Distillery Information

Penderyn Distillery was founded in 2000 and played a pivotal role in reviving Welsh whisky production after more than a century of dormancy. Known for its unique Faraday still design, Penderyn produces an exceptionally refined and light spirit that matures with remarkable elegance over time.
