A high-rye Texas straight bourbon finished with premium French oak staves, adding another layer of depth and toasted oak character to Rebecca Creek’s bourbon. Made from 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, it combines fruit and cherry aromas with rye spice, dark chocolate, and toasted oak.

Nose: Ripe fruit and cherry lead into lively rye spice, vanilla, caramel, and gently toasted oak.

Finish: Warm and fruit-forward, with lingering toasted oak, gentle sweetness, and persistent rye spice.

Distillery Information

Rebecca Creek Distillery was founded in 2009 by Steve Ison and is based in San Antonio, Texas. The distillery produces its spirits in the Texas Hill Country, using a custom 1,000-gallon Christian Carl copper pot still and a grain-focused production process. Its whiskey program incorporates corn, rye, and malted barley, with aging in new American oak before bottling. Rebecca Creek has developed a portfolio of Texas whiskey expressions alongside its vodka and other spirits, with the Bottled-in-Bond release representing one of its limited bourbon offerings.
