Distillery Information

Sparkle Donkey is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco, combining both highland and lowland characteristics for balance. The añejo expression builds on this foundation through careful barrel aging, adding depth and richness while preserving the natural agave profile. Despite its playful branding, the production focuses on traditional methods, resulting in a tequila that is approachable yet flavorful. It works well for sipping neat or as a refined base in premium cocktails.
