Nose: Vanilla, honey, ripe pear, toasted oak, and soft baking spice with hints of malted biscuit.

Palate: Creamy and rounded with caramel, orchard fruit, malt sweetness, gentle pepper spice, and touches of toasted nuts and oak.

Finish: Medium-long, smooth and warming with lingering vanilla, spice, and soft malt character.

Distillery Information

Royal Oak Distillery is located in County Carlow and represents one of the newer generation Irish distilleries helping drive the modern revival of Irish whiskey. The Busker brand was developed to showcase a broad range of Irish whiskey styles while maintaining accessibility for newer whiskey drinkers. Its name pays tribute to Ireland’s street musicians and performers, reflecting a lively and contemporary identity. While modern in branding, the whiskey itself follows classic Irish production traditions including copper pot distillation and a focus on smooth, fruit-forward spirit character.
