Unified Ferments Snow Chrysanthemum is a non-alcoholic fermented beverage crafted from snow chrysanthemum flowers, honey, water, and a kombucha starter culture. The rare snow chrysanthemum is sourced from China's Kunlun Mountains, where the flowers spend much of the year beneath snow, developing a richer and more robust character than traditional chrysanthemum. Fermented with honey, the beverage is intentionally styled more like a natural orange wine than a conventional kombucha, offering vibrant acidity, remarkable texture, and complex floral aromatics. It is still (non-sparkling), naturally fermented, and designed to be served chilled at white wine temperature.

Nose: Fresh pollen, wildflowers, honey, chamomile, green herbs, starfruit, citrus blossom, and delicate earthy notes.

Palate: Bright floral honey, starfruit, shaved asparagus, fresh herbs, gentle tannins, soft acidity, and a juicy texture reminiscent of an orange wine, with layered botanical complexity.

Finish: Long, clean, and refreshing, with lingering floral sweetness, light herbal notes, mineral freshness, and vibrant acidity.
