Bottled straight from the selected barrel without dilution, its proof and flavor profile can vary from barrel to barrel. Nose: Dark caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and maple with ripe cherry, brown sugar, roasted nuts and baking spice.

Palate: Rich and concentrated, with caramelized sugar, vanilla, dark chocolate, toasted pecans and dried fruit layered with intense oak and cinnamon.

Finish: Very long and warming, with lingering caramel, vanilla, cocoa, toasted oak and baking spice, followed by a pleasant dry oak note.
