A rare expression from Buffalo Trace’s Experimental Collection created to explore how barrel entry proof influences the maturation of a wheated bourbon. Entered into new charred American oak at 105 proof and matured for 11 years and 7 months, this limited release develops a refined balance of sweet caramel, creamy vanilla and dry oak. Its long maturation brings depth and complexity while maintaining a smooth, approachable character.

Nose: Sweet caramel and vanilla with toasted oak, light brown sugar, dried fruit and subtle baking spice.
Palate: Smooth and balanced, with rich caramel and vanilla followed by dry oak, gentle spice and hints of dried fruit. The wheated mash gives the whiskey a soft, rounded sweetness beneath the mature oak character.
Finish: Medium-long and dry, with lingering vanilla, caramel, seasoned oak and delicate baking spice.
