Entered into new charred American oak at just 90 proof and aged for 11 years and 7 months, it developed a mellow, wood-forward character. Cedar, seasoned oak and subtle sweetness define this distinctive experiment, offering a softer and more mature profile.

Nose: Mellow cedar and seasoned oak with light caramel, vanilla, sweet grain and subtle dried fruit.
Palate: Smooth and restrained, with prominent wood character balanced by gentle sweetness, vanilla and light caramel. Hints of cedar and mature oak gradually become more pronounced.
Finish: Medium-long and dry, with lingering cedar, seasoned oak, light sweetness and gentle vanilla.
