Delamain Rare Cask Ancestral 25.2 is an exceptionally old, single-cask Cognac from Grande Champagne, the premier cru of the Cognac region. Drawn from a rare cask that matured for more than half a century, it represents generations of patient cellar aging and careful preservation. Bottled at natural cask strength, this remarkable Cognac combines concentrated candied fruit with creamy vanilla, cacao, walnut and the deep, savoury complexity known as rancio. Powerful yet remarkably refined, it offers extraordinary depth and an exceptionally long finish.

Nose: Candied apricot and dried fruit mingle with nutmeg, clove and subtle autumnal forest-floor notes. Delicate hints of aged oak and mature fruit add depth.
Palate: Rich apricot, creamy vanilla and dark cacao unfold alongside walnut, toasted wood and deep, savoury rancio. A refreshing touch of aniseed brings contrast to the concentrated fruit and mature oak.
Finish: Exceptionally long and warming, with lingering apricot, cacao, walnut and gentle spice. Mature oak and complex rancio persist alongside a delicate aniseed freshness.
