The château produces Left Bank Bordeaux blends from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.Château Paveil de Luze's estate spans a consecutive 32 hectares (79 acres) with soils composed primarily of deep gravel. The site is planted to around 70-percent Cabernet Sauvignon and 30-percent Merlot.
