WhistlePig 12 Year Old Bespoke Barrel Maple Crème Brûlée Cask is a limited single-cask rye finished in a custom maple crème brûlée cask. The 12-year-old rye retains WhistlePig's characteristic spice and structure while gaining rich layers of maple syrup, caramelized sugar and vanilla custard. A 94% rye and 6% malted barley mash bill provides a firm spicy backbone beneath the dessert-like sweetness. The result is an unusually decadent rye with notes of toasted brown sugar, banana, cinnamon and crème brûlée.

Nose: Maple syrup, vanilla custard and caramelized sugar with toasted oak, cinnamon, rye spice and hints of citrus peel.

Palate: Rich and smooth, with maple crème brûlée, brown sugar, graham cracker and vanilla alongside banana, toasted sugar and classic rye spice.

Finish: Long and warming, with burnt maple, icing sugar, vanilla cream, toasted oak and lingering peppery rye spice.
