Distillery Information

Daftmill is a tiny, family owned distillery based on a farm in Fife. Part of the Pitlair Estate, it sits in the fertile valley of the River Eden in the Parish of Collessie. The farm grows the barley which is used to create their exquisite Whisky. The first ever bottling of Daftmill was released in 2018. Since then there has been two new releases each year, due to low availability and high demand, bottles are scarce and highly collectible. The whisky is soft, malty and fruity with notes of vanilla and toffee prevalent in all releases
