Nose: Ripe orchard fruit, vanilla and caramel with dried apricot, honey, toasted oak and gentle spice.

Palate: Rich and smooth, with baked apple, pear, vanilla, caramel and dried fruit alongside cinnamon, nutmeg and polished oak.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering honey, vanilla, dried fruit, oak and soft baking spice.

Distillery Information

Teeling Whiskey was established in Dublin in 2012 by brothers Jack and Stephen Teeling, continuing a family whiskey-making tradition that dates back to the 18th century. The family previously operated the Cooley Distillery, helping revive independent Irish whiskey production before establishing the modern Teeling brand. Teeling opened its Dublin distillery in 2015, becoming the first new distillery in Dublin in more than 125 years. The company is known for its experimental approach to maturation and finishing, producing a wide range of single malt, single pot still and blended Irish whiskeys. Its limited releases often explore distinctive cask types and long maturation periods while maintaining a strong connection to Dublin's historic whiskey heritage.
