This is the 2015 vintage Clairin Casimir rhum - curiously, the distiller adds lemongrass, cinnamon and ginger to the mix during fermentation. A very interesting spirit from Haiti.

Clairin Casimir Rum Tasting Notes

Nose: Grassy sugar cane.

Palate: Subtly medicinal earthiness (almost peat-like).

Finish: Spicy ginger shows up on the finish.
