Founded by Joe Giildenzopf, Jamie Giildenzopf and Brad Neathery, Oak & Eden is a product of Texas-based Sanctified Spirits Company. The innovative finishing process they use for their whiskeys involves putting a spiral of wood in their bottles of bourbon and rye. The tight five-inch spirals are crafted from American white oak, allowing a maximum surface area for the whiskey to interact with the wood. Currently, the company offers four different products: A straight bourbon, a rye whiskey, a wheated bourbon, and a bourbon finished with red wine-steeped oak. All aged two years, these high-rye mash whiskeys are masterfully distilled and aged in charred new American oak barrels, delivering a distinctive whiskey full of spice and fruit.
