When matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain, our rich, fruity and full bodied ‘new make’ spirit is transformed into a classic single malt. Once filled, the maturing spirit remains undisturbed in the same casks for 12 years and is brought together in this rich and complex whisky characterized by spice and dried fruit and a natural rich golden color.

Nose: Complex with hints of vanilla.
Palate: Smooth, medium balanced with fruit, oak and spice.

"The nose is a muddled vanilla draped in oak & the most mild hint of sun dried raisins. The palate is smooth & light, with a bit of firmness. There are some notes of black pepper, cloves, plum, very light ash/char, and cleanses with a fruit exit. Wouldn't say the finish is long, but it does linger with oak and spices. A great single-malt that'll keep you coming back. Though if you prefer Ex-bourbon or Islay's you'll likely find this lacking that desired punch."
