Extended maturation brings remarkable depth, with rich caramel, maple, dried fruit and seasoned oak balanced by the softer character of a wheated bourbon.

Nose: Rich maple syrup, caramel and vanilla with dried cherries, dark fruit, leather, toasted oak and gentle baking spice.

Palate: Smooth and deeply mature, offering caramel, maple, vanilla and candied fruit alongside dark cherry, toasted nuts, leather and seasoned oak. Subtle cinnamon and brown sugar add warmth and complexity.

Finish: Long, smooth and elegant, with lingering maple, caramel, dried fruit, vanilla and mature oak, followed by gentle baking spice and leather.

Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, is one of America’s oldest continuously operating distilleries and has played a central role in the development of Kentucky bourbon. The Weller name traces back to William Larue Weller, an early Kentucky distiller credited with championing the use of wheat in place of rye in bourbon. The 19 Year Old Weller releases of 2000, 2001 and 2002 preceded the modern William Larue Weller series introduced with the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection in 2005.
