Caelum Winery is nestled away in family-owned vineyards that beautify the foothills of the Andes Mountains. This captivating area is part of the Lujan de Cuyo winegrowing region and the estate of Caelum Winery produces wines made from 100% Argentinian grapes. The vineyards of Caelum Winery are stretched over the territory of Agrelo and Lujan de Cuyo, boasting an array of unique climates and varying soil types. The first harvest at Caelum Winery took place in 2009 after years of dedication, passion, and preparation. In the beginning, the estate used to sell its grapes to other wineries but as the years passed, the owners decided to begin growing fruit for their own use to produce high-class wines. Today, the modern cellar at Caelum Winery is outfitted with advanced machinery. They have temperature controlling stainless steel tanks for effective fermentation and both French and American oak barrels are used for the storage and aging process of the wines. Caelum Winery bottles their wines on the premise maintainiing control of the entire production from vine to bottle.
