Comstock Wines is a premier, family-owned destination winery nestled along Dry Creek Road just outside of Healdsburg, California, originally established as a grape-growing venture in 2002 by Bob and Sandy Comstock. After more than a decade of successfully supplying premium fruit to elite neighboring labels like Duckhorn and Dry Creek Vineyards, the family pivoted to winemaking and officially opened their state-of-the-art, custom-designed winery and tasting room in August 2015. Today, the estate is steered by the founders' daughter and General Manager, Kelly Comstock Ferris, alongside longtime veteran winemaker Chris Russi. Utilizing a diverse, meticulously farmed mosaic of estate plots—anchored by 17 vineyard acres that include historic, 116-year-old old-vine Zinfandel—Russi crafts an elegant, small-lot portfolio designed to showcase the multi-appellation diversity of Sonoma County, highlighting everything from crisp Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc to bold, structured Dry Creek Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Pinot Noir.
