Three and a half of the domaine's five hectares are dedicated to growing white varieties (Chardonnay and Savagnin), with the remaining hectare and a half going to red (Trousseau, Pinot Noir and Ploussard). Half of the vines are more than 30 years old, and the other half were planted between 1985 and 1990, and the estate is entirely organic\/biodynamic.
