Since making his viticultural debut in 1995, he has quickly risen through the ranks on the Valais wine scene and for the last five years, his work has been rewarded with a listing as one of Gault \u0026amp; Millau’s ‘Best Winemakers in Switzerland’. With five and a half hectares under vine across some of the canton’s most prestigious terroir, Thierry Constantin favours integrated production and respect for the land. His vineyards occupy plots on the right bank of the Rhône between Vétroz and Sion, are mostly terraced and are tended with meticulous care and consideration. The consummate professional, Thierry Constantin is committed to his craft with a diligence and attention to detail that runs from the soil to the bottle. His philosophy - that perfection is only possible through patience, care and perseverance - serves to fuel his dedication to the vine.
