The 2023 Corentin Chavy Mâcon-Chardonnay is a bright, refreshing, and lightly oaked white Burgundy (13% ABV) produced by a rising star from Puligny-Montrachet. It features vibrant notes of green apple, citrus, and peach with a distinct, mineral-driven finish. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it is fermented in stainless steel for purity and precision.

Corentin Chavy, who works alongside his father at the family domaine in Puligny-Montrachet, has recently ventured out to produce wines under his own label. Sourcing fruit from select growers across Burgundy, he's crafting wines with the same meticulous care and skill that defines the Chavy name. The wines, vinified at the family's cellar, show a commitment to quality, much like the Chavy Côte de Beaune classics.
