The wine receives extended bottle ageing in Llopart’s underground cellars, developing added depth and finesse.

Producer Information

Llopart is a historic family winery based in Subirats in the Penedès, with documented wine and sparkling-wine production dating back to 1887. The estate has traditionally been closely associated with viticulture and the production of high-quality sparkling wines. Its vineyards sit at around 340 metres above sea level on loamy soils with rocky marine-origin subsoil. Llopart’s sparkling wines undergo secondary fermentation in bottle and extended maturation in underground cellars, reflecting the estate’s traditional approach to Corpinnat production.
