Producer Information
Maison Simonnet-Febvre, founded in 1840 by Jean Febvre, is one of the oldest traditional wineries in Chablis, France, specializing in1 Chablis,8 Grand Auxerrois wines, and Cremant de Bourgogne. Acquired by Maison Louis Latour in 2003, the house is recognized for its elegant, mineral-driven still wines and for being the only producer in Chablis that continues the historical tradition of producing Crémant de Bourgogne.
