A five-year-old small-batch bourbon from New Holland Distilling, Dragon's Milk Origin Toasted Barrel begins with the distillery’s pot-distilled Origin bourbon before undergoing additional maturation in a hand-selected toasted oak barrel. This finishing process builds on the whiskey’s natural grain sweetness, adding layers of toasted wood, vanilla and rich confectionery character. The 2026 releases showcase several distinct profiles, ranging from kettle corn, raspberry jam and roasted marshmallow to dried fruit, marzipan and almond biscotti. Each batch offers its own interpretation of the toasted-barrel finish, creating a rich, characterful bourbon that highlights the influence of carefully selected wood.

Nose: Toasted oak, vanilla bean and stone fruit, with batch-dependent notes of raspberry jam, roasted marshmallow, dried fruit or sweet pastries.
Palate: Rich caramel and vanilla combine with toasted wood, candied almonds and sweet grain. Depending on the batch, additional notes may include kettle corn, raspberry preserves, marzipan, cinnamon pastries or nutty biscotti.
