Detailed Description

The 2026 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon is an 11-year-old, limited-edition Kentucky straight bourbon showcasing the depth developed through extended maturation. Crafted from a mash bill of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley, it offers a rich profile built around mature oak, dark sweetness, and warming spice. Honey, buttery caramel, and cherry create a rounded sweetness, while tobacco, herbal nuances, and toasted oak add complexity. Bottled at 97 proof, this vintage-dated release delivers a balanced, mature character that reflects Old Forester's traditional bourbon style.
