This apple jack is made from a mash bill of 100% apples. A variety of apple styles are used including cider, crisp, and sweet. The 100 proof distillate then rests in French Limousin and American ex-bourbon barrels. Barrels of different type and age are then blended together which results in a delicious honey, vanilla brandy type of product. All proof adjustments are made with fresh 100% apple distillate.

Nose: Apple skin, Vanilla, brown sugar and Christmas Spice.
Palate: Rich, sweet, apple juice and apple skin with burnt sugar and vanilla.
