The Arran Malt Millennium Casks Edition 2013 is a limited edition single malt whisky from the Arran Distillery on the Isle of Arran, Scotland. This whisky was aged in two Millennium Casks, one American oak and one European oak, for a total of 17 years. It has a deep golden hue, with a rich, complex aroma of toasted oak, sweet honey, dried fruits, and a hint of smokiness. On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied and smooth, with notes of dried apricots, toffee, caramel, and subtle peat smoke. The finish is long and lingering, with a pleasing hint of sweetness.
