Founded by Gordon and Vanessa Quinn, the distillery draws inspiration from the surrounding landscape, including its rugged coastline, woodland, and wild Highland botanicals. Production centres on a traditional copper pot still named Delilah, reflecting the founders' hands-on approach to spirit making. The distillery produces a range of gins, vodka, rum, and whisky, combining traditional techniques with small-batch craftsmanship.
