Nose: Vanilla crème, blackberry compote, caramel, tangerine, toasted oak, cigar box, and fresh mint.

Palate: Fresh spearmint, caramel, cinnamon spice, ripe stone fruit, soft malt, vanilla, and subtle smoky notes.

Finish: Long, creamy, and layered, with brown sugar, fruit, sweet oak, gentle spice, and lingering malt.

Distillery Information

Bardstown Bourbon Company was established in Bardstown, Kentucky, in 2016 and has built its reputation around blending, sourcing, contract distillation, and experimental maturation. The company is particularly recognized for exploring unusual whiskey combinations and distinctive finishing casks across its Fusion, Discovery, and Barrel Finish series. Victoria Pineapple marks the first release in its new Finishing Series, continuing the producer’s focus on unusual cask-driven whiskey while using mature bourbon and rye as its foundation.
