A highly limited collaboration between Bardstown Bourbon Company and Japan’s Mars distilleries, bringing together mature Kentucky bourbon and Japanese single malt whisky. The blend combines 10- and 16-year-old Kentucky bourbon with 5-year-old single malts from Komagatake and Tsunuki, which were co-aged together in Kentucky for one year. Rich caramelized plum, baked cherry, roasted malt and vanilla create a distinctive meeting of American bourbon and Japanese whisky character.

Nose: Caramelized plum, roasted malt and vanilla bean with ripe stone fruit, toasted almond, cherry and gentle baking spice.

Palate: Rich and layered, with baked cherry, caramel, dried apricot, plum and candied raisin followed by vanilla custard, toasted oak and graham cracker. The Japanese malt adds a subtle roasted and fruity character that integrates naturally with the bourbon.

Finish: Long and refined, with black raspberry, caramel, toasted oak and baking spice alongside a lingering nutty malt character.
