Bedtime is bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky, in the heart of bourbon country, where each bottle is personally hand numbered by the company's founders. Bedtime was distilled in Tennessee and aged through eight long, hot, humid summers. But the Kentuckians behind it know that if you want a bourbon to taste right, you can’t do it without the Bluegrass State’s legendary limestone-filtered water. That’s the mineral-rich spring water used in Bardstown when barrel-strength Bedtime is dumped from its charred oak barrels and cut down to its smooth 90-proof taste. Bedtime shines when neat and is magic in cocktails. Bedtime Bourbon is the perfect friend to greet you after a long day of work, while relaxing on the porch and, of course, as a nightcap before laying down for the evening.
Bedtime Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Cornmeal, caramel, vanilla, oak, nutmeg, dark fruit and a touch herbal. It smells like well aged Dickel.
Palate: Oak, cornmeal, vanilla, caramel, nutmeg and some allspice fruit and acetone… it tastes like a well aged Dickel.
Finish: Long dusty fade of cornmeal, oak, vanilla, toffee and spice.
